Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days has elapsed it is not possible to return an item.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are valid for up to 28 days provided proof of receipt.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 22trendztullamore@gmail.com and send your item to Maureen Kelly Clothing Ltd t/a 22 trendz, William Street, Tullamore, Offaly, Offaly, R35 NH56, Ireland. Shipping costs are not covered by 22 trendz nor can be reclaimed unless approved by the company.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not able to be redeemed for cash.
